Returns
- Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging/tags.
- Exclusions: Personalized or sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, please return your item and place a new order.
